 Hadeed Safety Policy  
To achieve efficient production, Hadeed gives priority to the safety of its employees and facilities. This includes emergency plans to minimize loss and speed the return to normal operation. 

Due to the potential hazards of its operations, all Hadeed employees pledge their commitment to the following:
 

Management is committed to the fact that safety is a line organization function and can not be delegated
Working safely is a condition of employment.
Management has the duty to furnish a workplace free of recognized hazards. 
Management shall provide personal protective equipment for all hazards, and employees are required to wear it. 
Management shall provide employees with job safety training before starting their assigned position and continuously thereafter.
Management shall take actions to ensure that no job is so important that it can not be performed safely. 
Every employee is empowered and required to discontinue any work activity that could cause an injury to himself or others. 
Management shall be committed to the fact that all incidents are preventable.
Management shall use resources and establish guidance to prevent workplace injuries 

Departments shall investigate all incidents, which will then be reviewed by the Hadeed Safety Council.
